Future Gen Investors is a unique, hands-on program led by Kevin Choe, designed specifically for teenagers who want to learn how to start investing in real estate early.
It’s a chance for young, motivated individuals to get an inside look at real estate investing and learn from someone who’s already achieved success in the field.
Program Structure
The program is a 2-day immersive experience happening on a Friday and Saturday. Over these two days, Kevin will personally guide the group, taking them to properties he owns, explaining how he acquired them, and sharing real-world tips on how to get started in real estate.
PART 1
Welcome and introduction to real estate investing, with a focus on why starting young is a huge advantage.
Kevin will share his story, walking participants through his first deals and lessons learned along the way.
A tour of a few of Kevin’s properties, where he’ll break down the numbers, strategies, and behind-the-scenes insights on how he got those deals.
PART 2
The group will visit more properties and dive into different strategies like flipping, renting, and seller financing.
There will be hands-on workshops where participants will get hands on experience cold calling sellers to find off-market properties.
The day will wrap up with a closing Q&A, making sure each participant leaves with a clear idea of how to take their first steps into real estate investing.
